I have decided to go back for IT Networking. It's something I like doing, want to learn more about, and my brother is in school for it as well.

Good decisions inspire more good decisions. Since you are working while educating yourself, first educate for skills that will have more immediate results such as at IT Technical to learn hardware and networks. When accomplished, move to broader subject for B/A or B/S. Cannot reach next rung for management without degree. When in economic downturn, always find work with hard skills.
