How about some good ole boudan with a good salad and crackers ? Just like what I had last night.

Word...Ive got a pack of shrimp defrosting right now to put on the pit tomorrow night. Shrimp with cream cheese covered in a jalepeno wrapped in bacon....purely awesome.

Whats the matter with Chinese food and jello ? Besides I`ve tried boudin so many ways it is a link that you can make fit what ever taste you want to prepare it like.I don`t live in Louisiana but some of my relatives do and when they come to visit we enjoy since 1968 the best of what the South coast has to offer.
