Boudin and a salad? That goes together like chinese food and jello.

FYI Ive got 10 pounds of boudin from Dons Specialty Meats sitting in the refrigerator to take to the dunes this weekend.

Whats the matter with Chinese food and jello ? Besides I`ve tried boudin so many ways it is a link that you can make fit what ever taste you want to prepare it like.I don`t live in Louisiana but some of my relatives do and when they come to visit we enjoy since 1968 the best of what the South coast has to offer.
