Has anyone tried/seen one of these things? It looks like it might actually work, but I'd like some feedback on it.E-Cigarette

I saw it at the mall. I think it's 100% bullchit. You can't electronically reproduce the chemicals in a cig.

I don't smoke, but here is another one. only this does not contain nicotine. This is advertised on the radio all the time around here. Smoke Assasin They are basically mini vaporizers adding a bit of flavor through the replaceable "filters" the "tobacco" (white part) contains the battery, circuity to make it all work. I am not sure what I think about them, but I don't totally agree with the news videos analysis of it "encouraging" teens to try this over the real thing.

Dare I say this...but jhess-ica is right. That's the only way to do it. Any other way and you don't REALLY want to quit. Fact is..you have to really want it to do it.

Well, there are a few different options. I need to quit. Not sure how I'm going to go about doing it just yet.
Driving home last night from work, 120 AM, I was listening to the radio and a "commercial" came on for the smoke assassin. they said "we can't say it's a safe smoke, but you do the math... you blow out rings of water vapor" .... it made me laugh.

Yup that is the one that is played contstantly in this area on all the Clear Channel affiliates (FM and AM) It is annoying as hell, but maybe it would be a substitute for a "crutch" but I have no idea what its like to be addicted to ANYTHING substance related.

Camo, there is no easy way, only tough will power will prevail. Just take it one day at a time. You will come up with all kinds of excuses to smoke, bad day, your girl friend wantrs you to smoke, your dog like seeing you smoke,Jesus says you need to smoke.....etc. etc....One day at a time is all that worked for me. I would tell myself that I wasn't going to smoke today, but I would tomorrow! Win the next day came,I would say the same....next thing I knew,it was a week, then a month, and then ten years....you will always be an addict,so don't ever try it to see if your addicted....
