Sorry to hear about your little boy, I wouldn't know what to do if that happened to one of my kids. Me and my family will keep your son in our prayers.

It's 6:15am, Monday morning right now. They keep the breathing tube in a couple more days, as a precaution. Should be coming out today, or tomorrow, the latest. Everything is progressing well acording to the Doctors. He should be out of the ICU by Wednesday, the latest. Thanks for the support and prayers from all you guys.

Wow..man, these "silly" little accidents can..and will..happen in the blink of an eye and possibly change lives forever. It's amazing how things work. Don't worry, Grizz, everything happens for a reason and you're little guy is going to be AOK! My family's prayers are with you and your family. Godspeed to your son.

It's about 8:00am, Tuesday morning. Things are improving here at a very fast rate. Patricks off most of the ICU meds and is breathing 90%, on his own. The "Frankenstein" sensor is being removed today. Pretty amazing, yet scary looking thing. Its a steel rod, that goes through his head with a sensor that goes into his brain, and mesures craineal pressure from the swelling, caused by the injury. The breathing tube might come out today, tomorrow the latest. When they move him to a regular room, it will be on the 14th floor, overlooking Boston Harbor and the Charles river. If we are still here Saturday we will have a good view of the fireworks on the 4th. Thanks again for all the support everyone.

It's almost noon on Wednesday. All external life support is off him, and Patricks doing great. Had a little to eat and drink for breakfast, and is talking a little. Moving to the 17th floor, later today. Times like this reveal you're true friends, and expose the phonies.
