The old style pontoon boat is still sweet. Nothin like relaxin and havin a few brews while cruisin on the pontoon.

Im not familiar with the knot system, so that could be EXTREMELY fast or hella slow, and i wouldn't know the difference. I'm more of a MPH kinda guy...

Quiet is always a plus on a boat though. Noisy motors suck ass.

Roughly 21-23 mph.

My sister's got a pontoon. They load up the family and the dogs and go for sunset cruises on the river alot in the summer. They never ask me to go though!

I've done both, and both have their place!Wine and cheese needs quiet.....beer and crackers need speed!...after a few beers, the noise is a moot point(Scarabs,Bullets, etc)
