I have 2 Suzuki King Quads ('07's) and I love them, however I have been experiencing when I first put them in gear forward or reverse, if I throttle to quickly, it's like it lurches, on initial gear engagement, other than that they drive perfectly fine - If anyone knows what the problem is I would really appreciate it...

I think I know what you are talking about. Its like the belt grabs abruptly, rather than smoothly. I have experienced this with mine as well, and my best guess would be its time to service the belt/CVT. The belt could be wearing, but the weights on the CVT might not be moving as freely as they should due to dirt, dust, etc. I don't think it will hurt anything to leave it be, as mine has been doing it for two years (I got used to it).

Hawkeye09,
Make sure the machine is properly warmed up (no choke, if applicable) before engaging the gears. Addidionally, check that the idle speed is not too high. Throttle out slower. My Grizzly 660 idles faster on warm up with a slight amount of choke. If I take off too fast (put it into gear) it lurches dramatically. Not good for the belt and associated mechanical items.
