How many of you race or have raced ATVs?

What series do you/have you competed in?

Have you ever taken part in a manufacturer's contingency program?

I am curious to see how many people actively participate in these things as a way to supplement their racing costs.

If you've ever wanted to read the fine print of something, I suggest you read the fine print of an ATV racing contingency program. The rules are interesting.

I race in the OCCRA (Oklahoma Cross Country Racing Association) along with 2 of my children last year and this year 3 of them will be racing. Being in the midwest there is not a lot of contingency programs offered. Polaris has one of the best support contingency programs for quads, but it is only offered in select series and none in the Oklahoma area I am aware of.

It would of been nice though, because I think all of us would of qualified for a little "rewards" My daughter won the state championship in the A class 14 and under field. My son won 2nd, with the most 1st place finishes, in the 10 and under class, and I finished 3rd in the 40+ ama class and 4th in the Overall B class.

There appeared a Pale green horse whose riders name was death and hell came with them.

I race various races from a couple different series. I'll do a race in gncc, gnc, local motocross and local grandprix. I never get to follow a whole series except the reedsracing.com grand prix series.

I've never tried gor contingency for two reason: to lazy, and although i have several 1st place finishs, i never felt good enough to get paid
