Merry Chistmas and a Happy New Year. Notice that this is not the PC "Happy Holidays", but the real deal. Jesus is the reason for this season!!

Many historions now think that Dec. 25th is achually not the real birthday of Jesus. But rather an action by the Roman Catholic Church to incorporate a Pagen holiday on that date, to appease the masses. They think Jesus was really born in the spring, the same time the Shepard's lambs would be born. But no one really knows for sure. The Christmas princible is a good one, except for the commercilism of it all. Sorry about the spelling train wreck; spell-check, still not working. And I've had about a dozen Sam Adams today.

Original Boston Lager, or the Winter Lager?

Good stuff either way.

My Daughter bought a Sam Adam's Winter sampler case, for me. 4 ea. of: Boston Lager, Cream Stout, Winter Lager, Holiday Porter,(My favorite), Old Fezziwig Ale, and Cranberry Lambic,(least favorite). But, the worst tasting Sam Adams is still 10 times better than the best offering from Bud.

Wisdom, let us be attentive.

I actually like tha Lambic, although its been a while. The Cream Stout is good too, but I probably drink more of the Boston Lager than any of the other offerings. Haven't had the Holiday Poerter...gonna work on that this weekend methinkst.
