Serpentine belt snapped like a rubber band today... meat head who put the damn engine in doesnt even bother to use the right belt.... idiot.. car overheated leaked coolant everywhere, had to get it towed. putting a new belt on it tomorrow though

Swapped 350 out of an 80s caprice.
4 Barrel edelbrock carb
custom downpipes, 2.5" catted exhaust
Edelbrock pro flow 14" air cleaner
maroon interior
power windows power locks
sunpro tach w. shift gage
sunpro gages
some other muscle looking hood
All for only 1k

exhaust question
So im doing a header back exhaust on my car.
Some say 2.25" piping is better for 4cyl and others say 2.5"
What say you?
This is what I am thinking right now:
4-1 stainless header (deletes first Cat) - - flex pipe -- cat #2 --
2.25"/2.5" pipe -- 26" cherry bomb -- mangaflow chambered muffler
I drive on the highway and I want to be able to hear myself think but I dont mind some noise if it doesnt sound like a swarm of bumblebees in a tin can

Just clicked over today. 3 years 8 months, 19 days ago it read "0"
I dynoed 122/120tq in 90 degree weather.. I am adding underdrive pulley tomorrow and full exhaust soon. 4-1 header, delete first cat, flex pipe, 2nd cat, 18" glasspack, magnaflow muffer (already on car).

Neat cars was it all "new" stuff and resto-mods? I like the antiques and factory restorations.
I dont remember seeing any antiques, but I do know there was a 6.6L Trans Am that was all original. Exactly like the smokey and the bandit one but for the most part it was custom stuff
