RE: Ideas for atv skits during demolition derby

Tie a vehicle hood behind the atv, have someone sit on the hood and see if you can loose them. We do this occasionally and its a blast to do and watch.

RE: holy hot

It has been very warm around here. We are usually lucking to see steady 60s this month and it pretty steady in the 70s with a few days in the 80s and the other day it was 90. Already got the pool up and the kids are already jumping in. Usually its mid June before its warm enough for the pool. I even went and bought a new 12000 btu AC. The 8000 and 10000 i had just werent cutting it. So now im running the 10 and 12 and the 8 is still in storage. Its still getting down into the 40s at night. Wake up in the morning and you want a coat. By 2 pm you want shorts. Then by 10 you want a coat again.

RE: Sport ATV tires what are the best?

ITP makes 9 different Holeshot tires. I am assuming yours where probably 2 ply or maybe 4ply. Get the 6 plys and you shouldnt have any more problems. If you want to venture away from ITP then the Maxxis Razr 2 is a great 6 ply tire.

My newest investment

I wasnt in the market for this thing but when i heard the price i couldnt pass it up. $200.00 plus 40 yards of gravel, which i got delivered for $100.00. There is one spot in the floor that is a little soft but overall this thing is in great shape. Its an 86 Spartan 32 foot.

Not sure why but i cant post pics here anymore. Has something changed?
I also bought a 95 Mazda Millenia from the same guy for $300.00 that is in very good shape but has no fire. Even if i cant get it running, which im pretty sure i can, then i can part it out and make more than that on it. The thing is fully loaded. I have never heard of an electronic tilt steering wheel until now. The headlights point with the steering wheel, has heated seats, a bose stereo system, leather and all kinds of other goodies.

Very nice. You will finds tons of uses for that thing. I prefer to use this though. Not all of us are lucky enough to have one of these around at our convenience.

Kazuma 50

Been getting the old Kazuma back up and going for my three year old. It sat for a few years and the carb was so gummed up with******that i decided to just get a different carb. I did clean up the old carb the best i could but i had to adjust the needle to the top spot and crank up the idle just to get it to run at all. Got the new carb on and it seems that it now has more power than ever before but i am having one problem. It acts like the throttle is sticking. It will sit and idle but when you give it gas it doesnt seem to idle back down. Everything seems to be working as it should. Throttle cable is not sticking and when i took it all apart to see if the needle was sticking and im quite sure its not. Any idea what else could cause this? Could it be possible that it is running to lean?
Also what could i use to repair a crack in the gas tank? I am thinking seal-all will take care of that.

RE: Power steering VS non power steering

What type of riding will you be doing? Do you have any strength in your arms?ATVs turn very easy unless you have a full differential lock and its engaged. If you plan to be in the mud a lot with the differentials locked in then you may want it. If you just plan on some trail riding and will spend most of your time in two wheel drive then i cant see that its worth the extra mula unless you have some medical condition that is deteriorating the muscles in your arms. I am not trying to be sarcastic. I know a guy who only has one arm so he got the PS on his new machine which makes sense for his condition.

RE: More Pics from Lake Jericho

The X belongs to a friend of mine who was nice enough to offer to let me use it for the trip to Jericho Lake. I am very disappointed at how it performed in the snow. I do love the way the thing accelerates. I still had my Banshee when he first got it and i could barely pull away from the Gade. If can am would get rid of the visco lock and put a decent locker kit in it, then it would be a hell of a machine. The visco lock system, as me and CC just found out, is a joke.

RE: Heads up Sir Lance, and WV!! Planning a trip!

Just mapped it on google. Its 1200 miles one way. I guess i would have to find driving buddies to go to. I dont think i could handle driving that non stop. One time I did drive from Rockford, IL to Houlton, ME without stopping. Had my GF with me who did nothing but sleep most of the time and my radio was broken. Had to be worst ride ever. I even got lost once and almost ended up in Detroit. Cost me a couple hours. If i remember right the total time was 25 hours. I have done the same trip in 21 hours with my brother. Whats the weather like in WV in November?
